The Recovery Coach Leadership Academy (RCLA), founded by Sean Partch CPRSR-FE, RCP-F, trains and develops compassionate, skilled Peer Recovery Specialists to support individuals affected by substance use disorder and mental health challenges. Through evidence-based training, leadership development, and real-world application, we prepare recovery coaches to make a lasting impact in their communities.

RCLA proudly serves diverse populations, We promote person-centered, trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and ongoing professional growth.

At RCLA, we don’t just train recovery coaches, we train leaders who inspire hope and strengthen recovery communities. If you have a passion to help others as a CPRS, we can help you!

Sean Partch, CPRSR-FE, RCP-F is a dedicated leader in the recovery field with nearly five years of service to the recovery community. A person in long-term recovery with over nine years of sustained recovery, Sean brings both lived experience and professional expertise to his work. He currently serves as a CPRSR-FE Supervisor with the Minnesota Prevention and Recovery Alliance and is a Recovery Coach Professional Facilitator through the Connecticut Center for Addiction Recovery (CCAR). Sean previously held the role of Operations and Programs Manager for the Recovery Community Network (RCN) and continues to contribute to statewide efforts as a member of the Minnesota Alliance of Recovery Community Organizations (MARCO) Board of Directors.
